Terms of Sale

These terms of sale govern your purchase of any product or service offered by MKC Candles LLC (also referred to as “MKC Candles”, “us” or “we”) through mkccandles.com (the “site”) or (unless other terms of sale are expressly agreed between the parties in writing) by telephone, facsimile or by e-mail. Please read these terms of sale carefully as they contain very important information about your rights and obligations as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, accepted, and agreed to be bound by these terms of sale, without limitations or qualifications of any sort. These terms of sale are subject to modification without prior written notice at any time in our sole discretion. You should periodically review these terms of sale to ensure that you remain up to date on all such changes.

Refund Policy

If you find that you do not like the scent or product you ordered, we do take returns on unused products only. You must contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order (determined by the tracking number provided). Customers are required to cover the shipping cost to return their orders to us. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and, upon our approval, your refund of the original order amount will be issued.

Order Fulfillment Timeframe

Our fulfillment timeframe varies based on our current inventory, desired scents and materials, along with potential delays with our vendors. Orders are typically made-to-order. Therefore, it will take at least 7-10 days for your order to arrive to you. In some cases, when products are made and there is a readily available stock, you order will ship within 3-4 days after ordering.

If any product is in backorder, we cannot guarantee the timeframe but will keep you informed on its progress. We will hold the entire order until all products are ready to be shipped together. If you wish to order backordered items with products in stock and do not want to wait, we advise placing two orders and we will process them separately.

Lost or Stolen Shipments

While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we do our best to assist our customers when a package is lost. We always recommend contacting your local post office first as well as leaving a note for your courier explaining what happened. If they are not able to assist you further, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim, etc. If the Post Office, USPS, FedEx deems your package as lost, we will work with you to have a replacement sent out.

Resale Notice

Our products are sold on a direct-to-consumer basis only through our website and are not to be offered for resale unless such an agreement has been made in writing between us and a seller.
